November.

This radical bill proposes to:
- Deny the right to freedom to protest, peaceful, even silent prayer outside a 150 metre radius of an abortion chamber (an access zone), if so they may be fined $65,000 and be jailed for one year. Video recording is also banned in an access zone, and cameras can be seized and destroyed by police.
- Remove conscientious objections from doctors and nurses:
Doctors and nurses will be required to perform an abortion under “emergency” cases.
Doctors who are pro-life will be required to refer a pregnant woman onto a pro-abortion doctor, or face professional sanctions, such as sacking. - Removes free and independent counselling
